Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app:

• Open Settings
• Go to Account & Membership
• Tap Delete account
• Confirm deletion

If you cannot access your account, email support@venby.co and include the email address used in Recall.

AI permission

You can manage AI data-sharing permission at any time in the app from Settings > Privacy & AI.

Subscription note

Deleting your Recall account does not automatically cancel active App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

You must cancel subscriptions from your Apple or Google subscription settings.
